....As I was preparing breakfast this morning I realized that women have so many responsibilities that men will never understand. Yes, they have the pressure of the world on them to be successful and provide for themselves and their families. But women....boy oh boy...we have to not only be responsible for ourselves but our children, boyfriends, husbands, parents, work, etc... Sometimes I feel like people, particularly men, don't understand the pressure and stress that women are under. And I don't want this to come off as a rant against men, but sometimes I truly believe they just don't get it, and some never will. I believe that is why it is so important to take time for yourself and do what makes you feel good! Whether it's spending time with your girls, going to the spa, visiting a winery, checking out an art show, shopping, volunteering...Whatever it may be be DO IT! We have to remind ourselves that if we don't take care of OURSELVES first then we won't be any good to the people in our lives...
So Ladies, it's Friday! Time to get fly for the weekend. Get your hair and nails done, treat yourself to a good healthy meal and do something that makes you happy. I know I sure will!
